Remote tech support is offered to our members, instuctors and others as approved and generally only durring normal offce hours.
For support please contact the Education Coordinator to arrange a support time.

Support Setup
- Contact the Education Coordinator to schedule a support time or request support
- Click on this link or the link below and run the download file (this will tempoarly install the remote assistance program on your computer for the remote session)
- Once the program is running give the Education Coordinator (or other support staff) the ID number and password from the program
- Shortly after the support staff will be able to see and help you with your computer issue(s)
